Welcome to EarningVibe.com ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.
BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR USING EARNINGVIBE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
Any individual who completes tasks to earn money on the Platform
Any individual or entity who creates promotional campaigns on the Platform
Any action performed by a User for compensation (views, likes, follows, comments, etc.)
A promotional order created by an Advertiser
Virtual currency credited to User or Advertiser accounts
Money accumulated by Users from completed tasks
External social media services including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using EarningVibe, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
You must maintain and promptly update your account information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must not share, sell, rent, or transfer your account to any third party
Each person is permitted only ONE account on EarningVibe. Creating multiple accounts for personal gain is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts without refund.
While EarningVibe is accessible globally, you are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
EarningVibe allows Users to earn money by completing tasks including but not limited to:
Watching videos
Visiting websites or links
Following social media profiles
Liking, commenting, or sharing social media content
Downloading apps
Signing up for services
Other promotional activities
EarningVibe allows Advertisers to create promotional campaigns to increase engagement on their content or profiles across various social media platforms.
We reserve the right to:
Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time
Change task availability, payment rates, or features without prior notice
Impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service
Update these Terms at any time
IMPORTANT WARNING: Paid engagement services may violate the Terms of Service of third-party platforms including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others.
By using EarningVibe, both Users and Advertisers explicitly acknowledge and accept that:
Third-party: platforms may suspend, ban, demonetize, or penalize accounts that use paid engagement services
EarningVibe: is NOT responsible for any account restrictions, bans, shadow bans, demonetization, or penalties imposed by third-party platforms
Advertisers: use this service entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with all third-party platform policies
Users: complete tasks at their own risk and acknowledge that their actions may be detected by third-party platforms
No: guarantees are made regarding the safety, effectiveness, or longevity of campaigns or engagements
You: release EarningVibe from any and all liability related to third-party platform actions, including but not limited to account termination, legal action, or financial losses
EarningVibe does not endorse, encourage, or recommend violating any third-party platform's Terms of Service. Users and Advertisers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable third-party policies.
Third-party platforms may change their policies, algorithms, or detection methods at any time. EarningVibe is not responsible for any resulting impact on campaigns or user activities.
Use bots, automation tools, scripts, or artificial intelligence to complete tasks or manipulate the system
Use fake accounts, stolen accounts, or compromised credentials
Create multiple accounts for personal gain or to circumvent restrictions
Use VPNs, proxies, or location-spoofing tools to fake engagement or location
Share, sell, rent, or transfer your account credentials to others
Manipulate or abuse platform systems including but not limited to: Fake task completions, Screenshot manipulation, Verification bypass attempts, Payment fraud, Referral abuse
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
Use any automated system to access the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Bypass any security measures or access restrictions
Conduct any systematic extraction of data or content ("scraping")
Introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code
Advertisers must NOT promote content that:
Is illegal, violent, hateful, discriminatory, or promotes harm
Contains adult content, pornography, or sexual services
Involves weapons, drugs, or controlled substances
Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
Violates intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, etc.)
Promotes illegal gambling or unregulated financial schemes
Contains malware, phishing, or scam attempts
Violates the policies of the third-party platform being promoted on
Targets or exploits minors in any way
Chargeback fraud or payment disputes made in bad faith
Money laundering or use of stolen payment methods
Tax evasion or providing false tax information
Violate any provision of these Terms
Engage in suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive behavior
Provide false or misleading information
Attempt to bypass tracking, verification, or security systems
Fail to respond to verification requests within 48 hours
Receive multiple valid complaints from other users
Engage in harassment or abusive communication
Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
You immediately lose access to your account and all associated data
Users: Unpaid earnings below the minimum withdrawal threshold will be forfeited
Users: Pending withdrawals above minimum threshold may be processed at our sole discretion
Advertisers: Unused campaign balance is forfeited and non-refundable
Advertisers: Active campaigns will be stopped immediately
You may not create a new account without our express written permission
We reserve the right to retain certain data as required by law or for fraud prevention
If you believe your account was terminated in error, you may submit an appeal via email to support@earningvibe.com within 14 days. We will review appeals but are not obligated to reinstate any account.
Task payments range from $0.0007 to $0.04 USD depending on task type, complexity, and advertiser budget
Earnings are credited to your account balance upon successful task completion and verification
Payment rates may change at any time without prior notice
Tasks are verified through automated systems and manual review
Proof of completion may be required (screenshots, links, etc.)
Invalid, incomplete, or fraudulent task completions will be rejected without payment
Rejected tasks may result in account penalties or termination
Minimum withdrawal amount: $2.00 USD
Earnings become available for withdrawal as soon as your balance reaches $2.00
This threshold may be adjusted at any time with reasonable notice
Earnings remain in your account until you request withdrawal
Processing Time: 12-48 hours after request submission
Withdrawals are processed in the order they are received during business hours
We reserve the right to delay or investigate any withdrawal for security purposes
Additional verification may be required for large or unusual withdrawal requests
Withdrawals cannot be cancelled once processing has begun

Payment methods may be added or removed at our discretion. We are not responsible for:
Third-party payment processor fees, delays, or failures
Incorrect payment details provided by you

Lost, stolen, or inaccessible payment accounts
Blockchain network congestion or high transaction fees
Users pay a 1% withdrawal fee on all payouts
Example: Withdrawing $10.00 will result in a $0.10 fee, and you will receive $9.90
Additional fees may apply based on payment method (e.g., cryptocurrency network fees)
The funds will be returned to your account balance minus any fees already incurred
You must update your payment information to retry
Additional verification may be required before re-processing
We are not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect information you provided
Review and audit any earnings at any time
Reverse earnings from fraudulent or invalid tasks
Withhold payment pending investigation (up to 30 days)
Permanently ban accounts with suspicious earning patterns
Request additional verification before processing large withdrawals
You are solely responsible for all taxes related to your earnings
EarningVibe does NOT withhold taxes from your earnings
EarningVibe does NOT issue tax forms (1099, W-2, or equivalent)
EarningVibe does NOT provide tax advice or guidance
EarningVibe is NOT responsible for your tax compliance
Consult a qualified tax professional regarding your obligations in your jurisdiction. Failure to report income may result in legal penalties from tax authorities.
Depositing funds into their EarningVibe account balance
Specifying target actions (views, likes, follows, comments, etc.)
Setting campaign parameters (quantity, delivery speed, targeting preferences)
Minimum campaign deposit: $1.00 USD
Pricing is based on: CPV (Cost Per View) for video views, CPA (Cost Per Action) for follows, likes, comments, app installs, etc.
Current rates are displayed in the advertiser dashboard
Rates may change without notice based on supply, demand, and platform conditions

Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, etc.)
Payment fees vary by method and are clearly displayed at checkout. Fees are non-refundable.
Delivery speed depends on user availability and task completion rates
We aim to deliver campaigns as quickly as possible but make no guarantees
Estimated delivery timeframes are shown during campaign creation
Campaigns are fulfilled by real users completing tasks voluntarily
Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control (see Section 10)
All campaigns undergo instant automated review
Manual review may be conducted for certain campaigns
We reserve the right to reject any campaign for any reason, including prohibited content, suspicious or fraudulent activity, violation of third-party platform policies, technical limitations
Rejected campaigns receive a full refund to account balance
Repeated submission of prohibited content may result in account termination
Advertisers may cancel campaigns at any time via the dashboard
Partial refunds will be issued based on total campaign cost minus delivered engagements
Refund returned to your account balance (not original payment method)
Delivered engagements are non-refundable as they have already been completed by users
Refunds may take up to 24 hours to process
Deposited funds are credited as virtual currency in your account balance
Balance is denominated in USD
Balance is non-transferable between users
Balance can only be used for purchasing EarningVibe advertising services
Unused balance does not expire under normal circumstances
If an advertiser account remains inactive for 6 consecutive months (no campaigns created, modified, or account logins), we reserve the right to:
Send email notification of pending balance forfeiture
Archive the account after 30 days notice
Forfeit remaining balance to cover administrative costs
To reactivate an archived account, contact support@earningvibe.com. Balance reactivation is at our sole discretion.
All payments made on EarningVibe are final and non-refundable except under the specific conditions outlined below. This policy applies to both Users and Advertisers.
Users are NOT entitled to refunds for:
Earnings forfeited due to account termination for Terms violations
Earnings below the minimum withdrawal threshold ($2.00)
Withdrawal fees (1% processing fee)
Failed withdrawals due to incorrect payment information provided by the user
Cryptocurrency price fluctuations after withdrawal processing
Payment processor fees charged by third parties
Zero Delivery Due to Technical Error: Service was not delivered at all due to a verified technical error, reported within 7 days
Duplicate Order Error: Same order charged twice due to system glitch, must provide transaction IDs, reported within 7 days
Pre-Delivery Campaign Rejection: Campaign rejected before delivery, full refund to account balance
Partial delivery - only undelivered portion may be refunded
Results below expectations - engagement quality not guaranteed
Third-party platform actions - bans, restrictions, algorithm changes, etc.
Natural engagement drop-off - unfollows, views not converting, etc.
Change of mind - after campaign has started delivering
Payment processor fees during deposit
Cryptocurrency price fluctuations between deposit and refund request
Low-quality or against-policy content
User-side issues - wrong URL, broken links, private or deleted content

Provide Required Information: Account username, email, Transaction ID or Campaign ID, Date and time, Amount paid, Detailed explanation, Supporting evidence
Timeframe: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of original transaction. Late requests may be considered for extended technical outages
Review: We investigate and respond within 48-72 business hours. Additional info may be requested
Decision: EarningVibe approves or denies at sole discretion. Approved refunds are credited to account balance
Additional verification required (ID, payment proof, etc.)
Processing time: 5-10 business days
May incur additional fees (up to 5% processing fee)
Subject to payment processor policies and limitations
Not available for cryptocurrency payments in most cases
Immediate account termination
Forfeiture of all balances
Legal action for fraud
Blacklisting from future use
IMPORTANT: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered fraud and will result in:
Immediate permanent account termination
Forfeiture of all earnings and balances
Blacklisting from creating new accounts
Potential legal action to recover costs
If you have a legitimate issue, always contact support first before disputing charges with your payment provider.
EarningVibe provides its services "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
Warranties of merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Accuracy or reliability of results
We do NOT guarantee:
Specific earnings amounts or rates for users
Task availability or consistency
Campaign completion numbers or exact timeframes
Account safety on third-party platforms
Engagement quality, retention, or long-term results
User success or profitability
Specific return on investment (ROI) for advertisers
Campaign delivery and platform functionality may be affected by factors including but not limited to:
Third-party platform algorithm changes or policy updates
Social media detection systems identifying paid engagement
Account restrictions, bans, or penalties by third parties
User task completion rates, speed, and quality
Network connectivity issues or internet outages
Server outages, maintenance, or technical failures
Payment processor disruptions or delays
Cryptocurrency network congestion or high transaction fees
Government regulations, legal actions, or service blocks
Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, wars)
EarningVibe is not liable for any of these circumstances or their impact on your use of the Service.
We are not responsible for and do not guarantee the functionality, availability, or accuracy of:
Payeer, cryptocurrency networks, or any payment processor
Google Analytics or any analytics/tracking tools we use
Social media platform APIs or their functionality
OAuth authentication providers
Any third-party service integrated with EarningVibe
External websites or content linked from campaigns
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EarningVibe's total liability for any and all claims arising from or related to your use of the Service SHALL NOT EXCEED:
The amount you paid to EarningVibe in the 6 months preceding the claim
$100 USD
Whichever is less.
We are NOT liable for any:
Direct damages: Lost earnings, account bans, financial losses, campaign failures
Indirect damages: Loss of data, business interruption, reputational harm, lost opportunities
Incidental damages: Additional costs incurred due to service issues
Consequential damages: Lost profits, business losses, or missed revenue
Punitive damages: Penalties or exemplary damages
Special damages: Unique or unusual losses
This exclusion applies even if: We have been advised of the possibility of such damages, any remedy fails of its essential purpose, or damages result from our negligence (to the extent permitted by law).
Technical failures, outages, bugs, or service interruptions
Delays in earnings processing, withdrawals, or campaign delivery
User mistakes, misrepresentations, or misunderstandings
Third-party platform policy changes, enforcement actions, or API changes
Account bans, restrictions, demonetization, or penalties on external platforms
Payment processor errors, delays, chargebacks, or fees
Cryptocurrency price volatility, network issues, or lost wallet access
Data breaches or security incidents beyond our reasonable control
Actions, content, or behavior of other users or advertisers on the platform
Legal or regulatory actions taken against you by authorities or third parties
Loss of income, business, or opportunities resulting from Service use
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EarningVibe, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from any and all:
Claims, lawsuits, or legal actions
Losses, damages, or liabilities
Costs, expenses, or legal fees (including attorney fees)
Arising from:
Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
Your violation of any third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy, etc.)
Your use or misuse of the Service
Content you create, promote, or submit through campaigns
Any actions taken on third-party platforms using our Service
Your fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Your failure to pay taxes on earnings
This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and these Terms.
Users may optionally link their Instagram or other social media accounts for:
Linking is NOT required but may be beneficial for increasing earning potential.
When you link a social media account through secure OAuth, we ONLY collect:
Public profile information: Username, user ID, display name
Account verification status: Whether the account is verified/authentic
Basic statistics: Follower count (public data only, if displayed)
Post, like, comment, share, or perform any actions on your behalf
Access your private messages, DMs, or inbox
View your private media, photos, or videos
Access your followers or following lists without explicit permission
Read or store your social media password
Store OAuth access tokens long-term (only during verification)
Perform any automated actions through your account
You may disconnect linked accounts at any time from your account settings. Disconnecting may result in:
Loss of access to certain premium features or tasks
Reduced earning potential
Re-verification requirements if you reconnect later
You must not disconnect accounts during active verification processes or pending investigations.
Linking your social media account does NOT authorize EarningVibe to:
Perform any actions on your behalf
Use your account for any purpose other than identity verification
Share your credentials with third parties
We protect linked account information with the same security measures as other personal data (encryption, access controls, etc.). See our Privacy Policy for details.

Access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes (or commercial purposes as an advertiser)
Create one account as permitted by these Terms
You may NOT:
Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Use our branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written permission
Frame or mirror any part of the Service on another website
Use any data mining, robots, or similar automated data gathering tools
Retain ownership of your content
Grant EarningVibe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the content to operate the Service
Create aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and improvements
Represent and warrant that you own or have rights to the content and it complies with these Terms
Ensuring they own or have permission to use all intellectual property
Verifying that content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other rights
Complying with third-party platform policies
Obtaining necessary licenses, permissions, or releases
EarningVibe: Is NOT responsible for advertiser content, does NOT review all content for IP infringement, may remove content that violates these Terms or third-party rights, and is NOT liable for any claims arising from advertiser content.
If you believe content on EarningVibe infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA notice to support@earningvibe.com with:
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
Location of the allegedly infringing content on our platform (URL, campaign ID, etc.)
Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
A statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized
A statement under penalty of perjury that you own the rights or are authorized to act
Your physical or electronic signature
We will investigate valid DMCA notices and take appropriate action, which may include content removal and account termination for repeat infringers.
Before filing any legal claim, you MUST:
If informal resolution fails, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court (except as noted in Section 15.4).

Act as a class representative or member in any class proceeding
Bring representative actions on behalf of other users
Consolidate your claim with claims of other users
Seek relief that affects other users
Small claims court - Claims within the jurisdictional limits of small claims court
Intellectual property disputes - Copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret claims
Injunctive relief - Emergency requests to stop ongoing harm (e.g., preventing account hacking)
You have 30 days from first accepting these Terms to opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to support@earningvibe.com with your name, email, username, and a clear statement: "I opt out of the arbitration agreement in the Terms of Service." Opt-out is permanent. If you do not opt out within 30 days, you are bound by the arbitration agreement.
These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. This means Swiss law applies regardless of where you are located or where you access the Service.
For any disputes NOT subject to arbitration (see Section 15.4), both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

Sign-up bonuses for new users
Contests, giveaways, or sweepstakes
Loyalty rewards or achievement bonuses
All promotional programs are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.
Each promotion will have specific rules, terms, and eligibility requirements
Rules will be clearly posted on the platform or communicated via email
Promotions may have expiration dates, usage limits, or geographic restrictions
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time
Abuse of promotional features is strictly prohibited and will result in:
Immediate forfeiture of all bonus earnings or promotional benefits
Account termination without refund
Ban from future promotions and programs
Potential legal action for fraud
Examples of promotional abuse:
Creating fake or multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times
Self-referral or referral manipulation (referring yourself or fake accounts)
Exploiting glitches, bugs, or system errors for extra rewards
Coordinating with others to artificially inflate referrals
Misrepresenting information to qualify for promotions
Using bots or automation to complete promotional requirements
Promotional offers do not create any entitlement to future offers. Past participation in promotions does not guarantee eligibility for future programs.
EarningVibe is NOT liable for any delay, failure, interruption, or inability to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, tsunamis
Fires, explosions, or severe weather events
Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies
Wars, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, or armed conflicts
Strikes, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions
Government actions, regulations, sanctions, or censorship
Legal restrictions or court orders
Internet outages, telecommunications failures, or ISP disruptions
Power outages, energy shortages, or utility failures
Server failures, data center outages, or cloud provider issues
Cyberattacks, DDoS attacks, hacking attempts, or security breaches
Payment processor failures, delays, or service disruptions
Cryptocurrency network congestion, hard forks, or protocol changes
Third-party platform API changes, restrictions, or terminations
Banking system failures or financial market disruptions
We may suspend, limit, or modify the Service without liability
Payment processing may be delayed
Customer support response times may be extended
We are excused from performance of obligations affected by the event

No refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided for disruptions caused by force majeure events.
By using EarningVibe, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including:
Transactional emails: Account confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts, task updates
Operational emails: Service changes, Terms updates, maintenance notifications, policy changes
Customer support responses: Via email
You cannot opt out of transactional or operational emails as they are necessary for the Service.
We will send emails to the address associated with your account
You are responsible for keeping your email address current
Emails may contain important account information or legal notices
Check your spam/junk folder if you're not receiving emails
We may use SMS for account security purposes (2FA, withdrawal confirmations)
Standard message and data rates may apply
You can opt out of non-essential SMS by replying "STOP"
We will not use your phone number for marketing without explicit consent
Important announcements may be displayed on the platform dashboard
You are responsible for checking notifications regularly
We may use pop-ups, banners, or alerts for critical information

Ask for your password or sensitive information via email or Telegram
Request payment outside the official platform
Promise unrealistic earnings or guaranteed returns
Use unofficial email domains or social media accounts
Report any suspicious communications to support@earningvibe.com immediately.
We reserve the right to modify, update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
Compliance with new laws or regulations
Service improvements, new features, or operational changes
Security enhancements or fraud prevention measures
Clarification of existing terms or correction of errors
Changes to payment structures, fees, or rates
Minor changes (clarifications, typos, non-material updates):
Effective immediately upon posting
No advance notice required
Material changes (significant policy changes, new restrictions, etc.):
We will notify you via email or prominent platform notice
Notice will be provided at least 7 days before changes take effect

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction:

The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original
All remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision

...constitute the entire agreement between you and EarningVibe regarding your use of the Service.
These Terms supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous:
Understandings, agreements, or communications (whether oral, written, or electronic)
Proposals, negotiations, or representations
Course of dealing or trade practices
If there is any conflict between these Terms and other documents, these Terms prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Our failure or delay in enforcing any right or provision of these Terms does NOT constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Example: If we don't immediately terminate an account for a violation, it doesn't mean we waive our right to do so later.

You may NOT:
Assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms
Transfer your account to another person
Sell, gift, or otherwise convey your account
Merge your account with another user's account
Any attempted transfer without our consent is void and may result in account termination.
EarningVibe may freely:
Assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or any rights hereunder
Transfer the Service to a successor or affiliated entity
Subcontract or outsource any obligations
We may do so without notice to you in connection with:
Mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales
Corporate restructuring or reorganization
Operational efficiency or service improvements
These Terms shall bind and inure to the benefit of any successors or assigns.

"Or" is inclusive - "A or B" may mean A, B, or both

✓ You understand that all payments are final except as specifically outlined in the Refund Policy
✓ You consent to electronic communications and data processing as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using EarningVibe and may not create an account.

💰 Refund Policy: Payments are final. Refunds are rare and only granted in specific circumstances outlined in Section 9.
